The Live Voting Tool will be facilitated by UEG. It will be integrated into the Industry Symposium onsite and will also be available for virtual participants.
All delegates onsite can cast their votes via the congress platform, using their personal mobile devices.
Live Voting can be arranged to be either onsite only or virtual only, however no price reduction for excluding one or the other will be given.
UEG will provide detailed instructions for the Live Voting following the booking via e-mail.
Costs & Booking deadline
• € 4,500 per Industry Symposium (onsite & virtual)
• Booking deadline: Friday, August 30, 2024
Important: Deadline to submit the Live Voting questions (via the template that UEG will provide) is Tuesday, September 26, 2024.
Please note that no external voting system should be brought in and in any case, not without prior approval by UEG. In case a company opts for their own tool, please be aware that the voting will then be available only onsite, not on the congress platform.
