• Pre-existing construction
• Wayfinding signage to promote location of company meeting rooms
• Basic set-up includes tables/chairs up to a max of room capacity in boardroom style
• Waste bin, coat stand
• Internet connectivity through the congress wifi for general browsing and checking emails (if a stronger LAN connection is preferred, this can be ordered separately)
• Lockable door
• Daily basic cleaning
• Electricity and minimum triple socket (plug points) for charging/powering devices
