Exhibition Space Rental Fee - Reduced fee for publishing houses / book stores (per sqm net)

The space rental fee includes:

• Net stand area (floor space without equipment or services)
• Listing of name in the exhibitor list
• Cleaning of general surfaces (aisles) and heating/air conditioning
• Exhibitors’ technical manual (available end of April 2026)
• Venue security during the opening hours
• Exhibitor and congress registrations as per chart (see p. 11 in the Supporter Prospectus)

1% stamp duty will be added on the exhibition price (incl. any potential VAT)
