1 x Newsletter – Advertorial
Inclusion of an advertorial (content produced by UEG) in a Newsletter sent out to all registered delegates. Preview and short description of the IBD Course, kindly supported by your company name, will be featured in the Newsletter. The whole advertorial will be linked to an external website, to be provided by supporter. This newsletter will be sent out the week before the congress.
1x Acknowledgment of your company will be displayed on a roll-up banner located at the Ultrasound Hands-on area. The roll-up will be produced by UEG.

3 Dedicated Social Media Posts
Three sponsored social media posts (content developed by UEG) will be published on UEG’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn) shortly before and during UEG Week 2026. These posts will promote the IBD Course and acknowledge your company’s support.

Identification of supporter as a company supporting the Ultrasound Hands-on area on the UEG Website.

Flyer Session – Promote your onsite activities at allocated flyer slots in front of an allocated session room 15 minutes before the start of a session and 15 minutes after the end of the session. In addition, a second 30 minute slot will be allocated to your company where you can distribute flyers in a designated general area of the congress venue. Please note that product placement is not permitted. Areas and slots upon approval by UEG. Supporter is responsible for the:production, printing, and delivery of the flyers.

Provision of Schallware equipment for the training stations in the Ultrasound Hands-on Area throughout the duration of the IBD Course.
